A creative cooking studio offering unique culinary experiences, with a special focus on the cultural scene. In addition, we create a range of handcrafted culinary products, available at select locations including Hotel Amê, Tom Coffee, Vivian Sauvage, Bartine, and Studio Alter. At Regina, we specialize in vegetarian cuisine with a touch of seafood, all inspired by our passion for Mediterranean flavors, nature and foraging. We proudly forage for fresh herbs, flowers, and unique ingredients from our family land in Overijssel, and incorporate our homemade Regina products into our dishes. Whether you're enjoying small bites, a culinairy installation or a festive spread, we aim to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Regina was founded by me, Anna Regina. The name Regina comes from my mother’s family name. A love for cooking, gardening, and design runs in the Regina family. In 2020, I started Regina Food and Objects, a small store in the north of Rotterdam where you could buy homemade culinary products, art, and ceramics.

In 2023, I opened Regina, Bar - Kitchen - Bakery, together with sourdough baker Zala Marusa. Here, our shared passion for cooking, baking, and natural wines came together. We invited fascinating people from the food world for talks, hosted kitchen takeovers, and offered workshops.
